Pricing FAQ

Is there a free version?

No. Running real-time AI screening on every call costs us money per call. We offer a 7-day free trial to prove value before you pay.

Do you charge per call?

No. Subscriptions are flat-fee per protected line, regardless of how many calls are screened. A heavily-targeted senior receiving 30 scam calls a day costs the same as one receiving 3.

What happens after my 7-day free trial?

On day 8, your card is charged for the plan you signed up for: $29/month for Calling Base or $39/month for Calling Premium. You can switch tiers or cancel any time from your dashboard with one click.

Can I pause my subscription?

You can cancel and re-subscribe with the same account. We don't have a formal "pause" feature yet.

Do I get a discount for paying annually?

Not yet. Annual pricing is on the roadmap; we don't have a launch date locked in. Sign up monthly for now and you'll be auto-offered annual savings when it launches.

Can I add multiple protected lines?

Yes. Each protected line is billed separately. Many families add their dad and mom as separate lines (each gets their own AI screener).

What if my parent already has Nomorobo or RoboKiller?

Both can run alongside Scammer Guardian, but you don't need them. Scammer Guardian's AI screening catches the scams those services miss (live humans, new scam numbers). Many families cancel Nomorobo/RoboKiller when they add Scammer Guardian and save money overall.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

We offer a refund within 14 days of your first paid charge if you're not satisfied. Email support@scammerguardian.com.
