Delete Your Account

You can delete your Scammer Guardian account at any time. Deleting your account cancels your subscription, releases any phone numbers provisioned for the people you protect, and permanently removes your data as described below. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app

If you can sign in to Scammer Guardian (in the mobile app or on the web), this is the fastest way:

1. Open Scammer Guardian and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Account.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Type DELETE to confirm.

Note: if you have an active subscription or free trial, you'll be asked to cancel it first (Settings → Billing), then you can delete the account. This prevents accidental charges.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed, can't sign in, or would simply prefer we handle it, email us and we'll delete your account and data for you — no login required.

Send a request to [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject "Account Deletion Request." To help us locate your account quickly, please include the email address you signed up with.

We confirm and complete deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them, and email you once it's done.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the following:

• Your account profile and login credentials
• The people you protect and their settings
• Call logs, transcripts, and screening history
• Whitelists and blocklists
• Any text-message (SMS) screening records

We also cancel your subscription and release the phone number(s) provisioned for the people you protect.

What we may retain

Call recordings are automatically deleted 90 days after each call as part of normal operation. Payment and invoice records are retained only as long as required by tax and accounting law (typically up to 7 years) and are not used for any other purpose. Everything else is permanently deleted.
